Choice of:

 Taleggio- a semi-soft, washed-rind cheese from the Valtaleggio region in northern Italy, near Lombardy. It is characteristically aromatic yet mild in flavor and features tangy, meaty notes with a fruity finish. 

Cow’s Milk

 Lemon Stilton- a combination of sweet, candied pieces of lemon peel and tart white Stilton with no veining create this delightful dessert cheese.

Cow’s Milk

 Iberico- a cheese that comes from Central Spain. It is a hard cheese made from the mixture of cow’s, sheep, and goat's milk.
